Outside Non-MJC Funded Scholarship Opportunities

Local Modesto California Law Firm, Arata, Swingle, Van Egmond & Heitlinger, has an annual scholarship opportunity for students who are currently enrolled as undergraduates, or who have been accepted and will transfer to a 4 year university. The $1000 scholarship opportunity is open to current and transferring students from 海棠直播. 

The purpose of the Foundation is to provide a continuing source of highly qualified scientists, mathematicians, and engineers by awarding scholarships to college students who intend to pursue research careers in these fields. 

Scholarship for students with a desire to pursue a career in the agricultural industry.

COCA-COLA ALL-STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE ACADEMIC TEAM PROGRAM
Annually awards 400 scholarships, of $1,000 and $2,000, to students attending two-year higher-education institutions granting terminal degrees. Each campus can nominate one student. 

Basic eligibility: Nominees must have at least a 2.5 GPA, have some community service or be employed part- or full-time, and be enrolled in at least two courses during the upcoming fall term a two-year institution. 

This scholarship will be awarded to newly admitted, first semester nursing students (MJC RN Program) who demonstrate an interest in community health, intend to work in the Central Valley and who have financial need.

The applications for the Associate Degree Nursing and Bachelor of Science Nursing Scholarships

In support of higher education, our annual scholarship provides college or trade school tuition scholarships. Application are accepted December through March 1.

Offers scholarships to Hispanic students who are high school seniors, community college transfer students, undergraduates, or graduate students. 

The Horatio Alger Association honors the achievements of outstanding individuals in our society who have succeeded in spite of adversity and who are committed to supporting young people in pursuit of increased opportunities through higher education.

The 鈥淟ife Happens鈥 Scholarship Program is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are between 17 and 24 years of age, have experienced the death of a parent or legal guardian, and are currently enrolled in, or have been accepted to, a college, university or trade school within the fifty (50) United States.

Up to six  scholarships ($1,500) may be awarded.   Deadline for the next academic year is always March 20th.  The application opens as early as January of each year. You may reappy every year! Contact the Scholarship Chairperson at modestogardenclubscholarships@gmail.com

The Mother Lode Mineral Society is offering a $750 scholarship to an MJC or CSU Stanislaus student that is a Geology or Earth Science Major.

This scholarship is for students or future students planning to enroll full time in an accredited two year or four year college, university or vocational technical school for 2025-2026 Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Scholarship America has established a scholarship program to help students planning to enroll or are currently enrolled in higher education programs (two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school).

Shirley Elke Scholarship 

This scholarship is sponsored by Soroptimist International of Modesto. This scholarship is for a female student who is pursuing a career in the field of "Creative Visual Arts" to include drawing, painting, and graphic art.

The Stanislaus Community Foundation - Stanislaus Futures, announced that it is making scholarships available to residents of Stanislaus County - 海棠直播. Board members said private donations have funded several perpetual awards for high school seniors and university or college students. Scholarships to be awarded begin at $500 per school year.

This scholarship opportunity is for students majoring in Electrical Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Inspection. A scholarship or grant is free money 鈥 you should never have to pay for one.
